Feel Great 365 Return Policy

Items shipped from Feel Great 365, LLC, can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method: Gift Card or Refund. The option will default to a Gift Card or you can select the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. It does not include the cost of shipping and/or taxes (where applicable) or restocking fees. There is a $10 per bottle RESTOCKING FEE. You must have made an attempt to use the product.  You must return everything you ordered (used and unused product).  If you have purchased multiple items, and you have consumed more than 1 item we will only guarantee the first item.  For example, if you purchase 5 bottles of Daily Boost and consume them all and then ask for a refund via our satisfaction guarantee, we will only refund the 1st bottle and you must return used and unused products.

Customers must contact our support department  for a RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  SIMPLY REFUSING THE PACKING WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND.

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 7 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

You have NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the NINETY (90) DAY time limit will not be processed.  You must return your used and/or unused products to receive a refund.  Please note shipping charges are not refundable.

Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for any Feel Great 365 monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel a subscription at any time. You must return your used and/or unused products to receive a refund.

Bi-Monthly Subscriptions: You have SIXTY (60) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for any Feel Great 365 bi-monthly subscription. Any refund request after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time.

Quarterly Subscriptions: You have NINETY (90) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for your Feel Great 365 quarterly subscription. Any refund request after the NINETY (90) time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time.

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

Shipping of the product from Feel Great 365 to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the Feel Great 365 Refund Department will not be compensated.

To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.

Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.

Transactions older than 90 days will can no longer be refunded.
